19w12b is the twenty-eighth snapshot for Java Edition 1.14, released on March 21, 2019[1], which fixes some bugs.

- MC-68687 – Entering or breaking Minecart briefly plays riding sound.
- MC-70057 – Can't place redstone on sea lantern.
- MC-117619 – The player's hitbox does not match his model when he sneaks.
- MC-129750 – Non [a-z0-9_.-] character in one advancement causes ALL advancements to not load with no error message.
- MC-135376 – being in water at y 0 makes screen too dark.
- MC-136218 – Syntax help is offset to the right.
- MC-136327 – Drowned never spawn in river biomes.
