Pre-release 1.4.5 is the first and only pre-release for Java Edition 1.4.5, released on November 16, 2012.[1]
This pre-release was reuploaded on November 19 to fix MC-2497,[2] and this reupload proceeded to become the full release of 1.4.5.

- Fixed dispensers firing towards one side.
- Fixed wolves shaking fur dry while dying.
- Fixed weird random flames from torches and spawners.
- Fixed spawning baby wolves from wild ones.
- Fixed spawning baby villagers creating farmer baby villagers only.
- Fixed IPv6 servers crashing the client.
- Fixed the last page of
/helpmissing. - Fixed players not being able to join to LAN worlds.
- Fixed entities teleporting to and from origin in multiplayer.
