This version was reuploaded for the final time at 23:30 UTC for fixing loading bug.[5]

  • Added "E" (Entity count), "P" (Particle count), and "LT" (number of chests).
    • "LT" have two value:
      • The first value of "LT" seemingly is unaffected by this.
      • The second value of "LT" would go up every time a chest is placed.

Blocks

Lava

  • Pushes out items.
  • No longer generates on the surface of Normal themed worlds.

Ores

  • No longer requires a pickaxe to break the block, although a pickaxe breaks it much faster.[note 2]
    • Once again possible to mine ores with anything and not just with a pickaxe.
    • Mineral blocks (iron, gold, diamond) are treated similarly to their corresponding ores.

Stone

  • No longer requires a pickaxe to break the block, although a pickaxe breaks it much faster.[note 2]
    • Once again possible to mine stone with anything and not just with a pickaxe.

TNT

  • Now hurts mobs.
    • Items are still safe from TNT explosions.
  • Pushes away entities.

Water

  • Generates splash particles when the player is swimming in it.

Items

General

  • No longer destroyed in fire or lava.
  • Shadows display under dropped items.
  • No longer go into hidden inventory slots once a save is reloaded.

Swords

  • Deals less damage.

Tools

  • Harder materials no longer require better tools.[note 2]
  • Mining underwater or in the air is now slower.
  • Mining tools can now hit mobs. Their damage depends on the type and tier of tool.

    • They now get sucked up when the player walks into them.

  • Depending on the length of the splash, it changes size in accordance to the default resolution.

Fixes

2 bugs fixed

  • Flowers no longer spawn with dirt under them.
  • Standing with the player's head inside non-solid blocks no longer causes extreme fog.
