1.9.1-pre3 is the third and the final pre-release for 1.9.1,[1] which fixes yet another crash in the pathfinding code.[2]

- MC-93074 – Summoned arrows can't be assigned a scoreboard value (too many arrows/spectral arrows cause command fail).
