1.20.51 is a hotfix to Bedrock Edition released on December 14, 2023,[1] which resolves some issues introduced with the latest update. This is the final version released in 2023.

  • MCPE-177309 – PlayStation can't join multiplayer worlds, featured servers, or Realms.
  • MCPE-177351 – Item loss + food dupe when eating while taking damage and switching weapons.
  • MCPE-177353 – Switching hotbar slots while "using" an item (brushing, eating, shooting) replaces item in new slot with duplicate of item being used.
  • MCPE-177355 – Bow/trident/food duping.

Others

  • Fixed a crash that could occur when playing on Realms.
  • All owned and unowned emotes should now appear within the Emotes section of Dressing Room.
  • The block component minecraft:random_ticking is now supported again.
