Fiery Forge is the sixth mainland mission in Minecraft Dungeons. It is unlocked after the completion of Redstone Mines, and completing Fiery Forge unlocks Highblock Halls if Desert Temple has also been completed.

Appearance and description

Fiery Forge is a factory built beneath a snowy mountain created by the Illagers, used to create the weapons and monsters used by the Arch-Illager's army. It consists of stone structures and bridges suspended over chasms of lava, and features forge machinery, crystals, torches, and villager statues. Before entering the main area of Fiery Forge, heroes must find the hidden cave opening leading into the forge from Fiery Forge Outside. After entering the main part of Fiery Forge, a lever next to a fallen redstone golem can be activated to reveal the entrance door of Fiery Forge Rune Room^{[note 1]}. Halfway through the mission, eight highly-explosive redstone cores are found in an elevated forge labyrinth, and heroes must activate all of them in order to proceed further. More of these redstone cores can be found in a lava-filled arena near the end of the mission, which can be activated to damage the Redstone Monstrosity. After defeating the Redstone Monstrosity, the path towards the exit of the mission can be accessed, where a mining lift can be used to escape.
