Small House is an unused optional sub dungeon that would have been within the mission Pumpkin Pastures.
Appearance and description
Small House does not have an entrance door that leads to it from Pumpkin Pastures. Small House itself is a small room with windows and a supplies chest.
Objectives location

While Small House cannot be found during any Pumpkin Pastures objectives, as it is unused, its files state that it would have been found during the following Pumpkin Pastures objective: "THE LAST HEARTH: FIND THE VILLAGE"
