In-game flavor text
Fires a high-powered beam that continuously damage mobs.

A corrupted beacon is an artifact that can be found within the various missions of Minecraft Dungeons. Its unique variant is the corrupted pumpkin, making it the only artifact to have a unique variant. It functions similarly to the eye of the guardian from the Hidden Depths DLC.

Usage

The Corrupted Beacon fires a beam that can pierce mobs, dealing 10% of the base value as damage and consumes 2 souls every 0.1 seconds. With the base maximum soul capacity of 300, the beacon can be fired for up to 15 seconds. The beam is toggleable, meaning it can be sustained without the need to continuously hold down its slot button. However, it will enter cooldown after the beam is cancelled.

The beam fired has a massive range (about 40 blocks away) that exceeds the boundaries of the screen, and cannot pass through walls.
