Lukas' journal is a book that he has been writing throughout the New Order of the Stone's adventures.
Content
The journal mentions about the dimensions the New Order of the Stone has visited, the adventures they had there, and Lukas's thoughts and feelings.
History
Instructions: History in Season Two
It is a book taken from the Spooky Mansion when it was blank. Lukas started to write in it, and it is now owned by him or Slab (determinant).
The fate of the item is entirely up to the player. The way Jesse treats Slab determines whether the book will be returned to Lukas or remain with Slab. If Jesse calls Slab a "big lug" (regardless of whether they talked to Sebastian), Slab will storm off and refuse to join the rebellion in the final battle, resulting in the failure to recover Lukas's journal.
Even if the book is returned to Lukas, Jesse can choose whether to leave it with Lukas or place it in the Order Hall. If Jesse tells Lukas to hold onto the book instead of placing it in the Order Hall, Lukas will respond with, "I'm sure you'll have more adventures to put in there." If Jesse accepts Lukas’s request and places the book on a pedestal in the Order Hall, it will be placed on the pedestal that was previously occupied by the Portal Atlas, before Jesse realizes that the Atlas is now missing.
A copy of the book appears in Above and Beyond.

Trivia
- Initially, Lukas says that his journal is a book about different biomes.
- According to Lukas, Jesse is the main hero of his book. (Determinant)
- When Lukas drops his book upon death, the quill is separate from the book. However, in Minecraft, the quill and the book are one item.
- Lukas is seen using his right hand to write in his book, which implies that he is right-handed.
- If Lukas' journal is retrieved, Lukas will ask Jesse for an end sentence. Jesse can choose either of the 4 choices (This choice must be made and is not timed):
- "Greatest hero ever." (Lukas will say he deserves the title, given what they've just been through.)
- "And so evil was vanquished." (Lukas will call it rather grandiose.)
- "Impossible without friends." ("You know something? I really like that.")
- "We all returned home safe." ("Nice and simple. I like it.")
