The formidi-bomb, also referred to as the "F-bomb", is a powerful explosive created by combining the super TNT and gunpowder. It was used against the wither storm in The Last Place You Look.
History
Magnus and Ellegaard claims that Soren has a super explosive known as the formidi-bomb. After recruiting Soren, he gave Jesse the crafting materials for creating it. Soren noted that the super TNT and formidi-bomb are two different things. He told Jesse that crafting it is dangerous so they should do it later.
In the process of crafting the bomb when confronting the wither storm, Jesse was pulled into the tractor beam along with the ingredients and the crafting table. While suspended, they crafted the bomb. As the bomb floats towards one of the heads, they were held by the group using a fishing rod. The bomb subsequently detonated, seemingly destroying the wither storm.
Properties
According to Soren, attempting to craft the bomb is very dangerous, as the ingredients are highly unstable when put together.
It is automatically primed as it's highly unstable and is set to explode in around half a minute. The explosive power of it is capable of temporarily disabling the wither storm, however, it's incapable of destroying command blocks.

- Magnus and Axel call the formidi-bomb the "F-Bomb", a joke which alludes to a common curse word.
