Otis is a butcher in Minecraft: Story Mode, stationed at EnderCon. He kidnapped Reuben in the event, which Jesse can either negotiate with or do nothing and let Reuben pummel him.
Appearance
Otis appears to be an older, if not middle aged man, with visible stubble and a mustache. His hair is black and balding, though with a visible cowlick. His outfit is a typical butcher's wear, with an apron stained with what appears to be mustard, a butcher hat, and a green T-shirt.
In A Block and a Hard Place, he can be seen as one of the people inside the wither storm. Having been affected by wither for a prolonged period, his skin has gone from white to purple. He lays dormant, his eyes and mouth glowing, seemingly trying to scream in pain.
