The Order of the Stone is the name of a group of legendary heroes in Minecraft: Story Mode. The title now currently refers to the New Order of the Stone after A Block and a Hard Place.
History
Instructions: Entire history of the group.
Prior to Season One
The Order's first official mission was to obtain ghast tears in the Nether. According to Soren, the Order fought ghasts for hours before obtaining the tears as a reward.
The Order's second mission was to obtain prismarine crystals. During this mission, they went deep underwater to an ocean monument. They almost ran out of oxygen during this mission, and Ellegaard had to use a spare bucket to catch some extra breaths while underwater. The Order used the crystals obtained by their previous mission to craft a sea lantern.
The Order went to an ice spikes biome. It was very cold, and they almost froze. However, Magnus continuously fell over the ice, and the Order had a nice chuckle on this, which kept them warm.
The Order of the Stone became famous by killing the ender dragon, when in reality, Soren used a command block to destroy it. This caused Ivor to become bitter with the Order for their continued deception about this event, causing him to leave. All members agreed to keep the command block's use a secret, with Ivor receiving the Order's treasures in exchange for his silence. The Order would soon dissolve, and its members would then go their separate ways with Magnus staying at Boom Town, Ellegaard staying at Redstonia, and Ivor going to the Far Lands. Magnus states that Soren attempted to keep in touch with him, inviting him to his fortress in the mountains, though the former's concerns about Soren dissuaded him from agreeing.
Season One
By the time of The Order of the Stone, the Order had split following the dragon's defeat. Gabriel appears as a guest at a keynote in EnderCon. Ivor eventually reappears and creates the wither storm, hoping to expose Gabriel and the Order's true colors, though he eventually loses control of it. Gabriel asks Jesse with reuniting the Order to stop it and save the world.
In A Block and a Hard Place, Jesse learns from Soren the truth about the Order's lies, and at the end of the episode, Jesse can either convince Gabriel to tell the public the truth or let them believe the legends. After this, the only member of the Order to reappear is Ivor, who becomes a supporting person for the rest of the New Order's adventures.
