§ Ice chunk

An iceologer is an illager that can be found within the Creeping Winter, Howling Peaks and Echoing Void DLCs of Minecraft Dungeons. Iceologers summon blocks of ice above enemies, which fling and stun mobs and heroes.

Spawning

Behavior

Iceologers are immune to Frozen effect.

Walk

Iceologers flee from targets that are near them when they are not summoning an ice chunk.

Spell

Iceologers summon ice chunks above a target that hovers for 1.75 seconds before falling. If an ice chunk's area of effect hits a hero or their allies, that target is stunned for 2 seconds. This attack has a six second cooldown.

Ice chunks can collide with mission terrain, causing them to explode prematurely. If an ice chunk hits a geomancer wall, it is stopped but does not explode until it despawns.

An ice chunk is a non-attackable entity that can be summoned by iceologers within the creeping winter DLC of Minecraft Dungeons.

Appearance

Ice chunks appear as three ice blocks covered in snow, with horizontal and vertical slabs of ice attached to a center ice block. The center block itself is slightly taller and narrower than a regular block.

Behavior

Ice chunks stay directly above the target, following them and stopping for a few seconds before they drop, stunning heroes and allies. Ice chunks function similarly to geomancer walls, geomancer bombs, and abomination vines in that each of them are non-attackable entities that are summoned by a hostile mob to harm a target. If an ice chunk hits a tall structure, it will break. Ice chunks do not break on mission borders or on other ice chunks. An ice chunk can harm another mob on which it lands.
