A blaze spawner is a hostile mob and a mob spawner variant within the Flames of the Nether DLC that summons blazes.

Spawning

• Nether Wastes
• Nether Fortress
• Daily Trial
• Ancient Hunt

Behavior

Blaze spawners behave similar to the spawners in the main game, but light doesn't affect the spawn rate. It produces a crackling sound while idling. Their health ranks among the highest of any regular mob. Blaze spawners cannot spawn with enchantments, however they can be enchanted by enchanters.

Summon

Blaze spawners summon blazes in huge waves whenever the hero is within a certain distance from it.

The Unending is the ancient blaze spawner encountered during ancient hunts with the minimum offering of the following runes:

The ancient resides within The Unending Ancient Dungeon and possesses, at a minimum, the following enchantments:

• Chilling
• Heals Allies
• Burning

Eight enchanted wither skeleton archers act as the ancient's minions, possessing the following enchantments:

• Chain Reaction
• Tempo Theft

Upon defeating The Unending, a gilded variant of the following items drop as a reward:

• Boneclub
  • Bone Cudgel
• Piglin Armor
  • Golden Piglin Armor
• Twisting Vine Bow
  • Weeping Vine Bow
