Minecraft Cubeez are a limited time promotional collectible product developed by Headstart International through a partnership between Mojang and Australian supermarket brand Woolworths.[1]Cubeez are obtainable through any participating Woolworths[2] or BIG W[3] stores within Australia from the 29th of January 2025 to the 11th of March 2025 AT Big W. 5th February to 23rd of March at Woolworts[4][5] They are available at any participating Woolworths[6] stores and Metro stores within New Zealand from the 5th of February 2025 to the 23rd of March 2025.[7][8] There are forty Cubeez to be collected with an additional rare Golden Cubeez to be found, and there are three categories of Cubeez; Character, Creature and Other.
To obtain a booster pack of Minecraft Cubeez, you have to spend $30 (AUD/NZD) or more in a single shop, however if you also purchase the Official Minecraft Cubeez Collector Case for $10 (AUD[9][10]/$11 NZD[11]) alongside your $30 (AUD/NZD) or more shop, you will receive five additional Minecraft Cubeez booster packs including the initial booster pack you get. Customers are usually limited to a maximum of 33 booster packs of Minecraft Cubeez in an individual participating shop. However, this does not include any bonus booster packs, such as buying the Official Minecarft Cubeez Collector Case to get five additional booster packs or a maximum of three additional booster packs for participating brand products.[5][4]

The Cubeez Collector Case has a continuity error on the front cover with the Snow Golem having no snow beneath it.
The inside of the Official Cubeez Collector Case is printed with the texture of the Creeper's skin.
The description of each Character Cubeez states they are one of nine playable skins, despite only eight of them having slots in the Official Minecraft Cubeez Collector Case.
Only six of the nine playable skins are present on the cover of the Official Cubeez Collector Case, that being Steve, Alex, Efe, Kai, Makena and Noor.
The player skin that is missing from the Cubeez Collector Case is Makena, the reason they don't have a slot is because they are the Golden Cubeez character, this very rare Golden Cubeez depicts Makena wearing a Golden Helmet.
In the Woolworths Online website's metadata, the Golden Cubeez is referenced as the "Yellow and brown Rare cubeez." with no mention of Makena.
