Tyler Christopher Pappas (born November 6, 1991), better known by his online pseudonym Logdotzip, is an American YouTuber known for creating videos on mods.

In the Minecraft franchise

In 2017, he would star as one of the co-hosts of the pre-show for MINECON Earth 2017, alongside Julia Hardy. From 2017 to 2018, he was invited to Minecraft Creator Summit, alongside other creators such as Charles Batchelor and Anthony Viviano.[1]

Coral Crafters

In 2018, as part of the promotion for the Update Aquatic, Mojang Studios began an initiative to invest in preservation of coral reefs. Alongside Rabahrex and StacyPlays, Logdotzip was hired to design a biorock structure to be installed off the coast of Cozumel, Mexico. He ended up designing three options, to be voted for on a Facebook poll. These included the "Throne of the Guardian," a set of giant turtle eggs, and a golden trident resting on an anvil.[2][3]

Ultimately, the eggs were chosen, with the campaign being considered a success.[4][5]

Downloadable content

In 2016, he provided the narrator of a trailer for the Campfire Tales Skin Pack.[6] Later, he would begin developing many projects for the Marketplace, including Lucky's Minigame Mayhem. He would also be included in YouTube Creators Skin Pack, celebrating a trillion views of the game being achieved on YouTube. The rendition of his skin would be reused in Caves & Cliffs Explorers, where he plays a tertiary role in the story.

Trivia

  • Among his releases on the Marketplace, one of them, Mob Weapons, was included in the Weapons Pack promoted during Beyond the Pale Garden.[7][8]
    • A similar project, Magic Weapons, was considered a fan favorite during the Marketplace's fifth anniversary.[9][10]
    • Another creation of his, Craftee Custom Hearts, was reviewed on Minecraft.net.[11][12]
  • In 2021, the Minecraft community on YouTube reached one trillion views. He assisted YouTube with a graph of the culture's history, alongside fellow community members such as CaptainSparklez.[13]
  • In 2025, Tyler collaborated with the estate of Bruce Lee, releasing an add-on dedicated to him and his legacy.[14][15] A button promoting this release was used on the home screen.
  • Prior to appearing at MINECON, Pappas joked that he had gotten exclusive access to the candidates of the Mob Vote.[16]
