An Easter egg is an intentional-hidden message, inside joke, or feature in a work such as a computer program, web page, video game, television program, movie, book or any other form of media.
Season One
The Order of the Stone
- When you enter the cave with Petra, she asks Jesse to make a sword, the player can decide whether to craft a sword or a lever. If you craft the lever, Petra will give you more materials so you can craft the sword this time.

- When Jesse has to find Ivor, at a certain point along the way a booth appears with the logo of Mojang, Mojang has partnered with Telltale Games to create Minecraft: Story Mode.

- One of the banners in EnderCon depicts Banang, a can of banana-flavored drink. It is a running gag for it to appear in many Telltale Games titles.

The Last Place You Look
- In the credits of this episode, almost at the end, JOHN CENA! appears among several other names, an obvious reference to the former American bodybuilder, actor, singer and professional wrestler. It's a very popular joke on the Internet, perhaps it's a reference.

Order Up!
- A book written by Soren appears in the Isa Castle library.
- Depending on whether Ellegaard or Magnus dies in Episode 3, a banner will appear as a tribute.
A Portal to Mystery
- When Dan changes rooms, his hair also changes, a reference to the fact that he changes his hair frequently.
- The two moons are a supposed reference to Life Is Strange. interestingly, Cassie Rose shares the same voice as Chloe Price.
- When Jesse removes the bat from his face, it is a reference to Stacy Plays's hatred of bats.
- When looking a second time at the bookshelves in the White Pumpkin's lair, another book written by Soren appears.
Access Denied
- Before the battle with PAMA, if you choose the speed potion, Jesse will say the phrase "Gotta go fast!", which is a reference to Sonic the Hedgehog.
- PAMA occasionally makes AOL Dial Up sounds while controlling mobs.
- Inside of Harper's lab, there are two creations of hers named Harry and Ron who who can "speak" to the player with audio discs. This may be a reference to the massively popular Harry Potter franchise.
- A "heart" shape constructed of light gray stained glass is constructed around PAMA's Restone Heart.
