The Super Iron Golem,[1] or Golem of Swiftness, is an iron golem variant featured in A Minecraft Movie.
Appearance
The Super Iron Golem greatly resembles other iron golems, appearing to be around 3.5 meters tall. Its notable differences are its height and blue padded armor. It also wears the boots of swiftness and a helmet resembling the aforementioned boots.
Powers and abilities
The Super Iron Golem possesses the same abilities as the average iron golem, but it also is capable of accelerating at great speed, as well as performing extremely high jumps. Unlike normal iron golems, the Super Iron Golem does not use a carved pumpkin in its creation, instead using Steve's boots of swiftness in place of the pumpkin.
Biography
In the battle for the Overworld during the Great Darkening, the Super Iron Golem was accidentally created by Henry when he placed the boots of swiftness upon an unfinished iron golem in place of the typical carved pumpkin. After the golem's creation, it led the other golems forward to meet the piglins. After the iron golems are provoked by Travis, the golem stampedes through the army along with its soldiers, causing Malgosha to call upon the Great Hog to fight against it. The Super Iron Golem and the Great Hog are shown to be at equal footing during the majority of the fight, until the Nether Portal is closed and the golem gains the upper hand by flinging the Great Hog into the sky and jumping up to slam it back into the ground.
