Placeholder textures

1.0.0Beta 1.9 Prerelease 2 inventory.png now has seven identical placeholder markers for future effect textures.
1.915w49aAll seven placeholder textures have now been exhausted by added effect icons.
1.1318w14a Added eleven identical placeholder textures to inventory.png as places for potential future effect icons.
1.1418w43aAll placeholder effect textures were removed in this version, despite not being used up. They still exist in Programmer Art and in 18w47a one was used by Bad Omen when Programmer Art was active.
19w08aWith the splitting of effect textures, placeholder effect squares are completely absent from both default resource packs.
