Questions about title bar, which is part of the window decoration. If the title bar has an unusual design that may not follow system-wide theme, or has more graphical elements besides window title and window controls, then use 'csd' tag instead.

Title bar includes the application icon (built-in with window menu), application name, and window controls in a traditional desktop environment. Title bar is part of the window decoration and contributes to the look and feel of an operating system.

Title bar should not be mistaken for header bar or the client-side decoration used by some desktop environments and applications. Title bar is handled by the window manager, whilst the latter is handled by the application itself.
