How to fix "chmod" permissions after running "chmod 222 /bin/chmod"?

I ran chmod 222 /bin/chmod to know more about chmod. After that, when I run /bin/chmod, I get permission denied. I tried to change the permissions of chmod back to 755, but it doesn't work. Does anyone have tips about how to fix this?
