Malicornay (French pronunciation: [malikɔʁnɛ]) is a commune in the Indre department in central France.

Economy
In 2010, the commune comprised 113 people of working age (15–64 years). 78 of them were active and 35 were inactive (69%, compared to 58% in 1999). 70 active inhabitants were employed (41 men and 29 women), and 8 were unemployed (5 men and 3 women). Among 35 inactive residents, 6 were pupils or students, 21 were pensioners, and 8 were inactive for other reasons.[4]
