Ocelots are spotted wild cats usually found in jungle biomes. It is also the titular symbol of Lukas' group, the Ocelots.
Behavior
Wild ocelots flee at the sight of people, but it is possible to gain their trust, as demonstrated by Lukas.
History
In Order Up!, several wild ocelots can be found running away from the New Order of the Stone as they came to the jungle.
In the post-credits scene of Hero in Residence, Lukas can be seen in his house together with his horse and ocelot.

Trivia
- In Minecraft: Story Mode, wild ocelots roar and growl like ocelots in real life. In the base game, however, they meow.
- Eric Stirpe stated he liked the idea of Lukas trusting ocelot being named Dewey, though the name was never official.[1]

- ↑ "Oh man. Lots of questions about that ocelot from folks haha. None of this is canon BUT
In my head, Lukas didn’t want to tame the ocelot because he worried that would be presumptuous. Instead he kept leaving food out until it just started hanging around of its own accord.
I also like to imagine that he calls it Dewey." – Stirpicus, July 12, 2017, Tumblr
