Questions tagged [gnome-dash]

For questions about using the applications dashboard, also called the Dash in Ubuntu 17.10 and later.

The purpose of this tag info is to cleanup possible confusion about the Dash in Ubuntu 17.10 and later which is shown below.

In Ubuntu 17.10 and later the Unity Dash has been replaced by the GNOME Dash, which is commonly called the Dash and is accessed by clicking on the Show Applications icon at the bottom of the Dock (at the bottom left corner of the screenshot). Unfortunately the tag has been appropriated as a synonym of the tag, so a correct tag for Ubuntu 17.10 and later does not exist, even though it's still basically the same Dash.
