Only for Ubuntu 17.04 or older releases. Ubuntu GNOME was an official Ubuntu flavor that provides a GNOME desktop environment based on the Ubuntu distribution.

Ubuntu GNOME (formerly known as Ubuntu GNOME Remix) was an official Ubuntu flavor focused on providing a mostly pure GNOME desktop experience built from the Ubuntu repositories. Ubuntu GNOME includes the standard GNOME Shell desktop environment, with additional applications like Firefox, LibreOffice, and the Ubuntu Software Center.

In April 2017, it was announced that the distribution will be discontinued in favor of the standard Ubuntu distribution, which is switching from using Unity to GNOME as its desktop environment. Ubuntu GNOME 17.04 is the final stable release of the distribution.

How to set keyboard repeat delay and speed in Ubuntu Gnome 16.10?

In previous versions I could tweak the keyboard repeat delay and speed by going to Settings → Keyboard → Typing. Now in Ubuntu GNOME 16.10 (with GNOME 3.20.2) that panel seems to be missing. How can I configure those settings in this version?
