Other editions with a version "1.12":
1.12.0, dubbed the Back to School Update, is a major update to Minecraft Education. It added some Village & Pillage features from Bedrock Edition 1.10.0 and 1.11.0 along with classroom experience and performance improvements.[1] It released on August 14, 2019 for Windows, macOS, and iOS, and September 24 for iPadOS. 1.12.0 was discontinued on February 1, 2021.[2][3]

- Students can now use the export function in the Book & Quill tool to save work as a PDF.
