Paul Spooner is a 3D artist notable for his contributions to the global environmental elements of Minecraft, specifically the iconic large trees.[2] After being disappointed with his inability to build a tree fort in the small trees, he wrote a map modding tool which was then partially included in the base game.[3] Unlike Daniel Rosenfeld, Spooner's in game character does not have a Mojang cape. Spooner has a deviantART account, and a YouTube channel.
