Duncan Geere is a writer, editor and data journalist who wrote parts of the minecraft.net series "Block of the Month" and "Block of the Week", from the 21st episode to the last. This was continued in 2020 with scaffolding, honey, target, and basalt,[2][3][4] with the last one being the Smoker[5]. He also currently writes the "Taking Inventory", "Around The Block" and other series in minecraft.net. In 2010, Duncan wrote an article for Wired UK about his first experience playing Minecraft.[6]
