As a production manager, Klas worked with the overall portfolio plan and roadmaps for the development teams at Mojang Studios. He acted as a liaison partner between the leadership team and the board for development teams in mojang, structure and developed data-driven processes and recommendations across the studio.
He became a executive producer in September 2023. He leads cross-functional Internal New Games teams crafting incredible experiences for players around the world. He sets the product vision and strategy in alignment with Creative Direction as well as owning budget and staffing needs.
