Horse shoe is a cosmetic flair unlocked from the Fauna Faire seasonal adventure within Minecraft Dungeons.
Obtaining
Horse shoe is unlocked at rank 32 of the Adventure Pass track of Fauna Faire. Once unlocked, it can be equipped in the "Mob Flairs" section of the cosmetic tab in the inventory.
Usage
Horse shoe is a mob flair, meaning it activates when a mob is defeated and emits from the defeated mob. Once activated, a large horse shoe slams down on the mob. After a short duration the effects disappear. As is the case with all flairs, horse shoe's effects are purely cosmetic and have no other gameplay functionality.
