Full moon is a cosmetic flair unlocked from the Fauna Faire seasonal adventure within Minecraft Dungeons.
Obtaining
Full moon is unlocked at rank 22 of the Adventure Pass track of Fauna Faire. Once unlocked, it can be equipped in the "Level Up Flairs" section of the cosmetic tab in the inventory.
Usage
Full moon is a level up flair, meaning it activates when the hero levels up. Once activated, a small square moon appears above the hero's head and rises up. After a short duration the effects disappear. As is the case with all flairs, full moon's effects are purely cosmetic and have no other gameplay functionality.
