Aligning the wheels on a motor vehicle to a particular degree from center to ensure the forward path of a vehicle remains static.

Adjustments applied to the front and rear wheels of a vehicle which allows the vehicle to track correctly. The adjustments usually referred to are camber, caster, and toe-in. Adjustments are usually applied to the front end, but can be applied to the rear end, especially where the rear end utilizes an independent rear suspension (IRS), or where a rear axle is adjusted to be square with the vehicle.
