I recently dismounted/remounted (w/ hand tools) my tires (235/70) to refinish my aluminum wheels (sand/polish).

Tyre in the rims won't stand upright? How to know if it is a rim or a tyre problem?

It would be pointless to install the best balanced wheel in the world if the wheel is not centered on the hub.
