Nautilus patched by the makers of Elementary OS. It adds new features and a simplified, editable interface.

An extended version of the Nautilus file manager for GNOME 2 that adds many extra features, as well as provides some tweaks to the interface to make it more simplified.

Nautilus Elementary is no longer actively developed. It is intended to be replaced by the Marlin file manager instead.
