A piglin pit is a piglin-built structure within Minecraft Legends.

Spawning

Piglin pits spawn in piglin bases and piglin outposts and can be made by Piglin Builders.

Usage

Piglins use piglin pits to spawn even more piglins to battlefield. The banners indicate what gets spawned.

Spawn Limits

It's not usually noticeable during the gameplay, but piglin pits have a limit in number of piglins that they can spawn. Once they reach that limit, they become inactive. This is indicated by the gates stopping clanking, the gears stopping turning, and the fire stopping coming out from the pipes.

Piglin pits only become active again when the number of spawned piglins is reduced below the maximum.
