Convert mp3 to Ogg Vorbis with SoundConverter

Is there a way to set SoundConverter to 320kbps? I want to convert mp3 320kbps files to Ogg Vorbis 320 kbps. I see it is possible in SoundConverter to have it in 256 and 500 kbps but not in 320kbps.

the nice thing with dBpoweramp is the UI has a tree-like structure which allows me to easily select multiple files/folders. I've looked at SoundCoverter and XCFA and their UI isn't as "easy" to use. Any suggestions? Thanks
