KompoZer is a complete web authoring system that combines web file management and easy-to-use WYSIWYG webpage editing.

KompoZer can be installed from the default Ubuntu repositories in Ubuntu 12.04. In later versions of Ubuntu up to Ubuntu 16.04 (but not Ubuntu 16.10 and later) KompoZer can be installed manually by following the instructions in this question: Unable to install Kompozer in Ubuntu 16.04
