Unity MT Grab Handles provide an alternative, touch-friendly way to resize/move windows.

The Unity MT Grab Handles is a feature of Unity intended to make dragging or resizing windows more touch friendly. While activated, transparent orange handles will appear at the edges for resizing and in the middle for moving.
