Unity MT Grab Handles provide an alternative, touch-friendly way to resize/move windows.
The Unity MT Grab Handles is a feature of Unity intended to make dragging or resizing windows more touch friendly. While activated, transparent orange handles will appear at the edges for resizing and in the middle for moving.
The Grab Handles are typically activated by a three-finger tap or middle click and drag, or through a shortcut set up for the Unity MT Grab Handles plugin in ccsm.
