APTonCD will also allow you to automatically create media with all of the .deb packages located in one repository, so that you can install them on your computers without the need for an internet connection.


APTonCD features:

Backup

Back up all downloaded packages (via apt-get, aptitude and Synaptic) to restore later.

Portability

Take all your favorite packages with you, in a removable repository from which you can install them any time, any place.

Download

Get an entire repository, or a specific section. Simply point-and-click, and in few time you'll have (a) CD(s) or DVD(s) with Ubuntu's main, restricted, universe, multiverse, contrib, etc repositories.

Share

Share your packages with your friends without internet connection. Also, send a meta-package to others to allow them to install the same set of packages that you have.
