My Linux knowledge is very poor so, please, be patient.
HW: HP Notebook 15; CPU Intel Core i7-7500U; 8 MB RAM; 512 GB SSD
OS: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
On the same PC I have Windows 10, with dual boot.
In the last months Ubuntu freezed randomly (not always), after working for some hours. Mouse and keyboard didn't respond. Only a hard shutdown with some seconds on the on/off button was possible.
It was annoying but worked.
Today Ubuntu freezes always immediately, before or after my login. Switch off/switch on is useless because Ubuntu freezes immediately again.
What can I do? Booting with USB key with Ubuntu 22 can help to investigate? Thank you in advance.
