I'm a pretty recent user of Linux. I'm using the Ubuntu 24.04.2. I've been using it for the past 10 months and I absolutely love how free and noninvasive it is. However I do play some games from time to time which do not work on this... Thing called Windows. Today I decided to make a fresh install of that since the one I left behind was 7 years old and pretty slow. After installing it I can't boot back into Linux and no guide online helps me. I've followed the grub repair guides but I'm stuck at not being able to mount the Linux partition and that boot repair live cd doesn't work either, it just shows the option to compile a report. Windows and Linux are installed on separate drives.
