I have discovered a bug (or coding error, I am not sure ot the best way to describe it) in the latest Ubuntu release 25.04 and would like to report it but it is difficult to see how to do that in an uncomplicated way. Is there a link to a reporting and ticketing system for reporting bugs on Ubuntu releases?

The bug or error that I have found is probably in the Bluetooth Stack or in the kernel Bluetooth handling in the System, and NOT in an Application.

Please be aware that I am trying to help here, but do not have the time to start learning how to use Launchpad or such, I just want to inform the developers of an issue I have come across since upgrading from 24.10 to 25.04. If the developers don't want feedback from long time Ubuntu users, that's OK. I can wait until they find it out for themselves.

Edit to show that Launchpad doesn't answer my question: I cannot run ubuntu-bug buggy-package-name because the bug is not in a package. How do I run Launchpad when the bug is not in an application but is a kernel or system bug?
