I have tried to install cacti-1.2.29 on ubuntu server following this link but I get an error shown below! I have tried to follow exact steps with very few customisations. 
When I jumped to Ubuntu Stack Exchange, I followed the same steps but boom, another error

I am using Apache/2.4.58 on Ubuntu 22.04.1.
I need your advice please. Thank you in advance.
