I am currently using Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS on my Lenovo Slim 5 Light. After suspend my keyboard does not receive any input, which make me to perform a force shutdown. The keyboard works normally after a reboot. I am using both Windows and Ubuntu on my laptop, but this problem only happens on Ubuntu.
I tried changing the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT to "quiet splash atkbd.reset" as some people on the Internet proposed but nothing changes.
What can be the cause of this? Thank you for your time.

Just found a workaround and it works for me
Update this:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash i8042.reset i8042.nomux i8042.nopnp i8042.noloop"
Update: My keyboard works, however there are 2 things arise after suspend:

  1. The Fn key cannot be used (Fn + F2 is volume down shortcut on my laptop, but did not work after suspend).
  2. FnLock automatically turn on after reboot.
