I am new to Ubuntu. After I installed Ubuntu 20.04 Desktop version, the keyboard and the mouse is not working, and I can't connect to network. So, I tried to do the steps mentioned here.
However, when I tried to boot into recovery mode using the steps mentioned here. I couldn't even get past step 6. The screen crashes after the menu displayed very quickly and I couldn't choose anything.
What should I do?
