I am trying to get my grade up in math but have probably failed and have a hard time figuring stuff out. I need help on the last question of my work and am having a hard time understanding. Usually, I can interpret what the angle is but not this time...I am confused about why it doesn't work.

I'm beginning to think no one likes me cause I am viewed as a stupid child who doesn't understand what something means so they either just don't want to deal with me or had to leave.
