My character's name was already used by a Ben 10 character. Do I need to change it?

I've created this superhero, with superspeed and electrokinesis, who is nothing related to aliens and I thought that the name "Lightning-Volt" would have been great for him. But I recently discovered that an alien named "Lightning Volt" appeared in Ben 10 Omniverse one time. I was wondering if I had to change my super hero's name. I searched everywhere and I couldn't find anything that would help me understand what to do.
