Tân Hồng is a rural district (huyện) of Đồng Tháp province in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2003, the district had a population of 79,321.[1] The district covers an area of 291.5 km². The district capital lies at Sa Rài.[1]

The district is divided into Sa Rài Town and the following communes:[2]

- Tân Công Chí
- Tân Hộ Cơ
- Tân Phước
- Tân Thành A
