Neil Robert Garratt is a British politician who has been the Conservative member of the London Assembly for Croydon and Sutton since 2021.[1]
He is a member of Sutton London Borough Council, serving the Belmont ward.[2] He was re-elected for Belmont in the 2022 local elections.
Garratt was elected as Leader of the London Assembly Conservative Group in May 2023, succeeding Susan Hall.[3]
