ePLDT Ventus, Inc., now rebranded as SPi CRM,[1] is a subsidiary of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), a telecommunications provider in the Philippines. ePLDT Ventus operates eight customer contact centers across the Philippines.
